At Park View our care plans are created to address the medically complex needs of our
residents, while promoting the highest possible quality of life and level of function.
Our professional staff, led by our Medical Director, consists of attending physicians,
physical, occupational and speech therapists, social services, nursing staff, activities
director, care plan coordinators and social workers. Specialty medical services are
also provided on-site as needed.
